July 23rd was nothing short of magical at Encore Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Malvern. Our Elders were glowing with excitement as they dressed up, danced, and celebrated a day filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories.
Seeing the joy on their faces as they twirled on the dance floor and showed off their elegant outfits was a true highlight. These moments remind us why we do what we do—and how powerful community, connection, and celebration can be.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the families who came out to support their loved ones and helped them prepare for the big day. Your love and involvement mean the world to us and our residents.
A special shoutout goes to Abe Bass with Arkansas Asset Protect Group (AAPG) and Julia with Gentiva for providing such delicious food that kept everyone smiling and satisfied. And let’s not forget the sweet treats; thank you to Kilee Fogelman with Southern Caregivers for the amazing desserts and for serving as one of our wonderful judges. We’re also incredibly grateful to MaryKate with Elite Home Health and Chasity with Arkansas Hospice for lending their time and hearts as judges. Your presence helped make the event even more special.
We are thrilled to congratulate our incredible winners: Ms. Noble, who was crowned our Pageant Winner; Ms. Harrison, who was named Prom Queen; and Mr. Simpson, who proudly took home the title of Prom King. Each of them brought so much joy and spirit to the celebration!
A big thank you also goes out to Toni Dyer and her CNA class, as well as the nursing students from Three Rivers, for their generous help and support throughout the event. All felt your kindness and enthusiasm.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible Encore at Malvern staff. Your dedication, energy, and care made this day a true success. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our Elders had the time of their lives.
